Description

A quick and tasty seasoning made with Japanese pink salt, sesame seeds, dried nori, and citrus peel — perfect for adding distinctive flavor to everyday dishes. When enjoyed in the morning, it may also support weight loss, help detoxify, reduce bloating, and promote healthy digestion naturally.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Japanese pink salt (unrefined)
  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

  • Warm the water to about 105°F (not boiling).
  • Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and ginger if using.
  • Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Follow with a glass of plain water after 30 minutes.
