Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet.
  • Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  • Blend cottage cheese and mix into yolks.
  • Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whites into yolk mixture.
