- 1/3 cup blended cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- Optional: garlic powder, herbs, or vanilla for flavor
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Blend cottage cheese and mix into yolks.
- Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whites into yolk mixture.
- Spoon mixture onto baking sheet in rounds.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
Notes
Use smooth cottage cheese for best texture.
Avoid overmixing when folding in egg whites.
