Description

Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup almond flour or oat flour

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)


Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, flour, and seasonings until smooth and sticky.

Refrigerate the mixture for 10–15 minutes to make shaping easier.

Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls or logs.

Place rolls on a parchment-lined tray.

Refrigerate again for 5–10 minutes until set.
